Great experience, ask for Allison! Had a great experience buying my car here. Allison was extremely helpful showing us the cars we were interested in and even came in on her day off to Had a great experience buying my car here. Good people doing business the right way! My Wife bought her Jetta from Leith in 07 so we knew we were going back when she purchased her Tiguan. Jack and Jerame gave her a deal that was more than fair and Troy was very thorough in ensuring that the sales process was pleasant and hassle free. These guys buck the stereotypical car salesman stereotype by being honest and trustworthy from start to finish. If they are there when she needs a car in 10 years, we will be going to see them! Took FOUR TRIPS to get a simple repair done. Short version - no fewer than four trips to the dealership to get a simple recall part replaced. Each one marked by employee incompetence, and instead of making it their problem to fix it, the answer was always for me to spend more of my time and gas driving from Durham to Cary. Leith's response is to block you from posting on their Facebook page if you say anything negative. If my VW needs anything else from the manufacturer I'll just sell it rather than take it back to these people. Even when I picked it up today (after the manager didnt' tell me he was sending someone to pick me up, and a guy randomly showed at my house at 8 am, when I couldn't go - then I had to take two hours off work and get a friend to drive me) I got 5 minutes down the road and the car was MOSTLY fixed, but not completely. The answer to "we screwed up" is "we will make it our problem to make it right," not, "sorry, you have to drive down here a bunch more and waste more of your time." Leith sucks. More

Cedric effectively explained and demonstrated the attributes of the new car. The negotiation for both the sale price and the trade in value was fairly simple. I had researched both on the internet. It only took 2 cycles between Cedric and his manager, Jack to get to the price I was looking for. It all was straight-forward and without drama. As the customer, I felt they were respectful of my time. I think it took about 30 min to get to a mutually agreeable number. Likewise, the financial deal with Anthony was straight forward in spite of the attempt to sell wax and long-term maintenance. I decided to sell my diesel within 3 days of the VW announcement that the parent company deceived the emission tests. VW should be ashamed. Leith seems like a good company. More
