Wonderful people at Leith VW of Cary I have been going to Leith VW for service on my Beetle for about 2 years and have always felt very comfortable being there. Once while there I went to see a salesman to see if he could help me get my cell phone hooked up to my Bluetooth and he was very happy to do so. Well he tried and tried with no luck until I finally realized that I wasn't giving him my cell phone number, but my home phone number. I felt so "DUH" but Abdul Yasin never missed a beat. Without any sign of irritation he completed the job in a minute. I really appreciated that. Today I went to see Abdul Yasin to lease a car since he had been so helpful previously. He had a Jetta picked out especially for me that had all the extras that I wanted. That was the only car I even looked at. It was perfect! Abdul and I got all the paperwork done and I felt he gave me a very good deal. Then I saw Ricky Jones to get all the financial work completed. He was great too. So now I have a beautiful car and two new friends that made this a great experience. More

I was looking for a particular specification of a 2016 GTI, and found (via their website) that they had a close match in stock. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I couldn't help but enjoy the warm and relaxed atmosphere, which was personified by our sales consultant, Justin Martschenko. Justin is clearly an enthusiast, and as a result, demonstrated a deep level of knowledge of the vehicle. After a spirited test drive, I was sold on the vehicle, but still desired a particular specification — which just happened to be unavailable in the entire state of NC. Rather than having to wait to order a vehicle from the factory, after a few days searching, Justin was able to locate and obtain an exact match out of state and had it delivered within a week. The actual purchasing process was exceedingly straightforward, thanks both to Justin and Business Manager Anthony Veneziano. Afterwards, Justin provided an in-depth walkthrough of the infotainment system, and how it leverages our smartphones, as well as other key features of the vehicle. And then we were happily on our way… Again, I can't say enough about how great our experience at Leith VW of Cary was, but if you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend reaching out to Justin and checking them out. When I decided on the Golf, he gave me a tour of the different areas of the dealership that I may need to use, provided an in-depth walkthrough of the car's systems, and how it connects to my iPhone - all so very cool. In addition, he went over and beyond basic customer support and service, which was extremely helpful as I am new in town.
