Initially I they couldn't find the color I wanted for my 2016 Jett I recently went in to exchange my lease, and Justin my sales person was phenomenal. Initially I they couldn't find the color I wanted for my 2016 Jetta, but they had the Sport and I walked away with exactly what I wanted. The finance person Rick is awesome, and I left the office without feeling like I had been abused or taken advantage of during the process. Thanks for making car buying SIMPLE and PAIN FREE!!! More

My VW lease was expiring and I made a very careful and deliberate choice to deal with Leith, based on prior experience, and to get into a new VW, which given the well-known TDI scandal of the past year, was a tough decision. Still, in its class the VW Jetta is a clear winner, so I'm very happy with my decision. Troy, Jack, and Anthony each played an important role. I'm a very discerning customer, and each of these gentlemen worked very hard to treat me like they would have wanted to be treated.
