Excellent Expierence I was suddenly in the market for a new car and had my eye on a pre-owned Jetta. We worked with Phillip who was extremely patient and courteous with us through out the selection and buying process. We had quotes on a couple of different similar Jettas in Charlotte and they did their best to match that price and save us a trip. They were upfront with us about extra costs (tax, plate transfer etc.) the entire time and very easy to work with. Phillip also made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction as quickly as possible. I absolutely would recommend working with them for your next VW purchase! More

They treated me with respect despite my young age. I also would complement Rickie (the finance manager). Very Smooth Process I spoke with Jim briefly one day while kicking tires at a few dealerships. He was flexible and stayed late to accommodate my schedule which was much appreciated.
