I did not have the money for new transmission but another trusted mechanic told me to start putting medium grade of gasoline and that fixed the problem . It's been six months and I have no problems with my transmission . Hmmmm More

I told him that I was very tired from the long drive, but that I could use some help with a Jetta GLI. He collected what I was looking for, I told him that I had some quotes from other dealers and that I would give him a fair chance to win my business. I sent him the best offer from the others on Thursday, he beat their price and I drove home in a nice new Jetta GLI on Friday afternoon. The experience was quick, simple and non-pressured. I will absolutely return to Troy and Leith VW for my future needs. More

I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and within one week I took the car back to have the alignment fixed and the brakes checked. The brakes had been making an unusually loud screeching noise. They fixed my alignment and told me that my brakes were fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. Flash forward to almost a year later, I ask them to take a look at my brakes. They told me I needed to purchase new brakes for ~$500. I asked them why they didn’t tell me this when I brought this to their attention when I first purchased their vehicle and they simply did not have an answer. All they say now is “there is nothing we can do for you”. There are plenty of places to buy and service cars in Raleigh, I see no reason to go back here. More

Although, I wanted to trade a new sports car that was not functi When I walked into the dealership after Pilates class, car buying was not on my mind. Although, I wanted to trade a new sports car that was not functional or practical for my college student son, I was investigating Golf GTI's. MIke from the onset was friendly, courteous and willing to extend himself. Before the afternoon was out I had traded in my not so practical car for a fuel efficient, zippy, fun to drive, Golf. MIke went over and beyond what a sales person would do to ensure that the entire process was as smooth as possible. He even drove to another dealership without having had dinner, clear across town to Wakefieled to accommodate us in finishing paperwork requiring my husbands signature.
