Both Carlos and Alan helped me get a new Jetta, with even more features than my last, at a great price with little hassle. Alan even spent several hours of his own time working with VW Credit to work the kinks out with my totaled car and getting a new one :) We also worked with Jack, one of the managers, who is always very helpful, and walked away with a brand new Jetta that was right in our budget. I would highly recommend! More

He even came on his day off to finish the deal and sat with us the whole time. I absolutely adored him! So so so so great. The best experience ever! However, yesterdays experience in purchasing a car with the help of sales associate Jim Cochran left me utterly smitten. From the moment I stepped on the lot Jim had me covered. As a first time car buyer I didn't know what to expect. With a tight budget and a large list of requirements, I was doubtful Jim would be able to find a car for me. Not only did he do this, but the man gave me options. Options people. In addition to this, when time came to discuss numbers, Jim, unlike the 8 or 9 sales associates I'd dealt with elsewhere, wasn't afraid to stick his neck out there for me. He went back time and time and again so as to work a number that better fit my budget. All in all, Jim Cochran is the Seabiscuit of the car selling industry, the man with the plan, and an all around pleasure to do business with.
