Great Service! I brought my car because I bent the rim on my Jetta. She tried to have the rim repaired first but after the tech came said it could not be fixed they I brought my car because I bent the rim on my Jetta. She tried to have the rim repaired first but after the tech came said it could not be fixed they ordered me a new rim. It came in the next day and they had my car back to me the same day. Poor to no service Charged a $66 "diagnostics" fee to tell me a problem I already knew and couldn't provide a solution. Worst off when I was in line to pay. The 4 people in front of me were also paying just a diagnostic fee. I wonder how many diagnostics fees they are billing for no solutions. Would love to do some statistical analysis on these diagnostics charges. Not recommended. More

Very happy with my buying experience I first talked to Carlos a few months before my car was coming off lease, I live 60 miles away from the dealership, so it was very convenient to stay I first talked to Carlos a few months before my car was coming off lease, I live 60 miles away from the dealership, so it was very convenient to stay in contact with Carlos through e-mail, When I was ready to buy we were able to take care of the preliminary paperwork so that basically all I had to do was show up and sign the paperwork, No pressure, no getting jerked around like other dealerships. I enjoyed working with Carlos, this is my 3rd Jetta from Leith VW all have been a pleasant experience. More
