Extremely easy and everyone was so helpful. I found the car I purchased online. I drove from Wilmington to visit this dealership because I heard great things about their customer service. Chris got us into the car for a test drive in a very timely manner. He was very accommodating and helped me look for other cars that were within the parameters I set. Once I settled on my car, the buying process was quick and efficient. I was approved for my loan quickly, offered a great price for my trade-in and was quickly signing documents. Anthony completed my paperwork and ensured I had the best warranties available without selling me things that I would not need. He explained my paperwork extremely well and answered all of my questions with extreme patience. This was a great car buying experience and I am so happy I made the trip to see these guys. Superb Sales and Service. On a whim, I stopped in at Leith Volkswagen to see if they had a new VW Beetle Convertible that I had seen on Auto Trader. I assumed it was old infor On a whim, I stopped in at Leith Volkswagen to see if they had a new VW Beetle Convertible that I had seen on Auto Trader. I assumed it was old information and did not expect it to be there, but it had just been taken off the truck that day. Abdul was awesome! I have a tendency to be wiffle waffly and aggravating in the car buying department, in terms of making a final decision. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. When we got down to the numbers, I gave him my bottom line - seriously thinking they would not be able to accommodate it, but he worked with Jay and we got to the final price with my trade in that I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and the specific car. He moved me through to finance seamlessly and Rickie, the finance guy, was equally awesome, working his magical magic to get me just the right warranty and showing me the best finance options. It was late when I finished the paperwork and I opted to take my old car home to clean it out and give Leith a chance to get the plastic off of the seats. I explained to Abdul that I was going out of town the following day, and really needed to be in and out. We set a time, and when I arrived, he was waiting with a screwdriver to switch the tags, gave me the keys, showed me just a couple of useful safety features and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. The end result was a car I love, just in time for Spring, for the price and payment that suited my needs. I am such a fan of Leith Volkwagen, and will overwhelmingly recommend them and Abdul to anyone who will listen. :) More
