Shakir was excellent. He struck the right balance of being assertive but responsive to my needs, and he followed through. The entire Leith team was very accommodating and went out of their way to help make the sale and to take care of me and my young son who came along. My only constructive feedback for the Leith team is to be clearer up front about the Armorall add on. I did not expect or appreciate the extra cost added at closing. More
