Uncaring Service Manager I own a Nissan Leaf and constantly run into an issue with the availablity of using their charging units. Everytime I try the Level 2 units are always I own a Nissan Leaf and constantly run into an issue with the availablity of using their charging units. Everytime I try the Level 2 units are always blocked by non-electric cars being serviced. I have complained to the dealership, which informed the service manager yet the problem continues. Obviously she does not own a Leaf or cares about rectifying the problem. I am not interested in talking with the dealership any further just fix the problem. More

I was told appointments still come first. You made my life harder this morning and not offer of FREE old change and filter. Too often, bad service makes it to the fore, while excellent service is overlooked. Our 2012 Maxima is the third vehicle that our family has leased from Leith Nissan.
