The service representative told me to give him a couple of days to research a solution. The first solution I couldn't afford. The service representative told me since I was a loyal customer give him a couple of days to talk with service managers and parts. He would give me a call back. He called back days later with another proposal. I also had reward points that had value. It was a reasonable decrease from the previous proposal. So I was totally pleased with the solution that this service representative and the organization came up with to resolve my situation. My wife is totally happy and the vehicle runs like new. Ralph Higgs has outstanding customer service skills!!! More
The extra Mile Went in to get the oil change. When I left the ABS and traction light came on. So of course I took the car back in. It was discovered that the Z had t Went in to get the oil change. When I left the ABS and traction light came on. So of course I took the car back in. It was discovered that the Z had the wrong size tires on the rear. One tire was needing to be replaced. I had only had the car for a few months. The folks there at Leith really helped me out. They paid for one of the new tires. Plus gave me a loaner during the time, while they figured out what the problems was. Each of the three people in the service area that worked on the problem were professional, caring and very helpful. I feel they went the extra mile. Give them a try, they are great folks. More
Bad experience in service I choose this dealer for the 1st time to service my Nissan car, I bought 2 new oem keys somewhere else to be program for my 2014 Nissan at this dealer I choose this dealer for the 1st time to service my Nissan car, I bought 2 new oem keys somewhere else to be program for my 2014 Nissan at this dealer, they couldn't program and i was charge +$60 for it. I was not told that if they couldn't program that they will charge me. I Have program keys for $50 before at Kia, Hyundai and a Chevy and never had this problem before and in the Kia dealer could program and I wasn't charge. he brought it to management, and her response was "bring another keys and will do for 1/2 the price!!!" beware of this dealer. I had a bad customer experience!! Is that a way to win new service customers? Blame it on management! More
Replace your Service Center Techs The service center technicians are horrible. Brought vehicle in for a repair and they messed up the door panel. When I pointed it out, the tech tried to say that I did it. After a couple rounds of calls and they finally replaced the door panel. They have had to order parts for repair before. I got a call that parts were in and to bring car back. When I did they gave me a loaner (which was dirty and had trash in it). Later that day, they called to tell me that they didn't have the part and that I would need to pickup my car and come back after parts come in. This happened a couple more times for the same repair. Took 4 trips all together. Got a Survey request from Nissan and gave them a bad review. Got a call from someone at dealership asking me to call next time rather than giving them a bad review. I was also informed that the Service Survey's customers get only reflect on the Service person that greets you and takes in your car. It doesn't provide any feed back on the quality of the technicians doing the repairs (which is unfortunate). The only person that makes me come back to this dealership is Jason Roeser. He the nicest and helpful person at Leith Nissan. He should be used as a example in training for all the other employees. More

Own a 2007 Altima and love my car Entered a beautiful lit fresh reception area and greeted by LeShan ??. Sorry about name. Promptly,registered and escorted to waiting area for,repairs Entered a beautiful lit fresh reception area and greeted by LeShan ??. Sorry about name. Promptly,registered and escorted to waiting area for,repairs.,spent about three very productive hours with work and reading a book. LeShan frequently updated me on my car progress and,all,repairs made in about the time I expected.,very nice staff. A employee at check,out that morning even helped me heat up my special,dietary food,since,I am going through cancer treatment. She went above and,beyond,to,get my,food from the trunk, heat it,up,and bring it to me. Wish,Iknew,her,name,but,it,was,Monday 1/11 from about 9-11. Would highly recommend gong to Leith Nissan and hope to trade in a few months. My car has,been so reliable but,it,does,have a lot,of miles,on it,form going t,visit,grandkids three states away! Lifetime FREE Oil Changes? Don't believe what you are told When I bought my new Nissan from Leith Nissan, I was told I would get "lifetime FREE oil changes". Go to their website and they say the same thing there - no asterik, no disclaimer, nothing - just "Lifetime Free Oil Changes, Lifetime Loaner Cars" - When I went in for my first "free" oil change I was told that I had to get a $20 tire rotation in order to get a "free" oil change. It gets worse, because for a free oil change, I am now told I have to get all recommended Nissan service each time in order to get a "free" oil change .... Why doesn't the web site say this? why wasn't I told this before I bought the car? Why is this considered "free"? More
