Great Buying Experience I had looked online and at a few other dealers. Some of them would not even greet me or help me. As soon as I stepped on the lot, Jim Gillis came to greet me and helped me find a car that met my needs. Chris Wasz put the financing package together. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a car, these are the guys to see! There was no pressure to buy, there was no pressure to upsell, there was no pressure to buy the extras at the end. I came back the next day to close the deal and my car was cleaned, gassed, and ready to go! More

Best car buying experience ever. I first started my experience with Leith Nissan on July 27 when I walked into the dealership and met with Jim Gillis. I told Jim what my needs were an I first started my experience with Leith Nissan on July 27 when I walked into the dealership and met with Jim Gillis. I told Jim what my needs were and he actually listened and showed me a couple of vehicles that met all my needs but price. We left with a promise to return within the week. On Wednesday he called me about an Equinox that he just got in that fit ALL needs including price, but I was out of town and couldn't get to the dealership until Thurs night. In the interim Jim was texting me about other vehicles that might meet my needs. On Thursday he texted me that he thought the Equinox was sold as some people were driving from Tennessee to get it. He sent me more options that he had to meet my needs. I told him that I'd be by Friday between 4-5. When I got there Jim told me the Equinox deal fell through and I went for a test drive. Needless to say, I'm now driving the Equinox because of Jim's follow up and customer service and also because Chris Wasz got us a very good interest rate. Both are tremendous assets to the Leith family and I will recommend Jim to all my friends and will probably buy another car within a year. My wife who is in customer service was so impressed with Jim's customer service that she is using Jim as an example in training people in her department. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!! My family and I are new to North Carolina and needed to get our daughter a vehicle for college. She wanted a Juke but we were there to look and not ne My family and I are new to North Carolina and needed to get our daughter a vehicle for college. She wanted a Juke but we were there to look and not necessarily buy. We were greeted by Rakesh and he was such a joy to deal with. He was not pushy and really gave us a variety of vehicles to look at. My daughter drove the Juke and loved it and since they were able to give us a great deal we walked away with a 2014 Juke. I absolutely hate buying a car because there is usually so much pressure and that was not the case at Leith Nissan. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the entire experience and I would totally recommend this dealership and Rakesh to friends, family and strangers. LOL Thanks again Leith and Rakesh you have customers for life or at least as long as we live here. More

Amazing Experience! I started shopping for a used car several months ago and after visiting several different dealerships, my parents and I ended up at Leith Nissan. When I started shopping for a used car several months ago and after visiting several different dealerships, my parents and I ended up at Leith Nissan. When we first arrived and decided to test drive a Nissan Sentra, I loved the car and it was exactly what I wanted. Once we decided to negotiate on price, they offered a very fair price but it was still above my parents price range so we left. About 20 minutes later, we got a call with an unbelievably great offer that we could not turn down, so we turned around and went right back. One thing I wanted that the car did not come with was car mats. John (the salesman), went above and beyond and not only found me mats for the car but they were brand new, out of the box and they look amazing. I've been driving the car for a week now and I absolutely love it. John Felten at Leith Nissan in Cary did a phenomenal job and I would absolute recommend him to anyone looking for a car! More

Amazing and Incredible!! I went into Leith Nissan yesterday to just go looking at the Nissan Versa. It was raining and I asked if they had any Nissan Versa's inside (which th I went into Leith Nissan yesterday to just go looking at the Nissan Versa. It was raining and I asked if they had any Nissan Versa's inside (which they did not). I was immediately greeted by Campbell but not bombarded which was great. He was friendly and I explained that I wanted to look at the Nissan Versa. He went out in the rain and pulled the car up right to the side of the dealership so that we could look at it under the overhang so that we would not get soaked. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and showed us all the features without seeming like a typical salesman just trying to make a deal. We took it for a test drive and then sat down to talk about prices. I had no money to put down on the car but he worked with me to get me the price I wanted. It was the quickest experience I had ever had at a dealership as well and he was the best salesman that I had encountered (I had gone to many dealerships before this one). The whole experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend going to see him! =) More

Several months ago l came in with my 02 Altima the tech backed it up and it died. So when I went back to this same dealership again I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Bonnie Grambling and Campbell Lovette they were awesome they restored my faith in Nissan. They both took the stressof buying a car away. Campbell spent alot of time making sure that all my needs in a car were met. He was professional and very compassionate with my individual situation.
