Although the car was beautiful, we pay for both a mortgage and daycare, so it did not fit into my family’s budget. I politely declined and just as we were driving home, I asked my husband to stop at the Leith Nissan dealership in Cary, NC. I had absolutely no plans of purchasing what I thought would be another overpriced vehicle, boy was I mistaken! Nissan has many different options and price points and I was excited to see that they’ve completely redesigned the Altima. Campbell Lovett spotted us browsing in the parking lot and politely came over to introduce himself. We exchanged numbers and set an appointment for my husband and me to return the next day for a test drive on a fully loaded 2015 Altima 2.5 SL. I fell in love with the vehicle but was worried about our budget. Campbell listened to our situation and kept working with us until we found a deal that we were comfortable with. Campbell is a true professional and his years of experience shine through! He is very customer service focused and he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. My husband actually said he regrets purchasing from the dealership he bought his car from because they handed him the keys and that was it. Campbell took the time to explain my car’s features and how to use them, he even went as far as setting my radio based on the stations that were pre-set on my used Chevy Malibu. I 'm so happy that I trusted my gut feeling and purchased from Leith Nissan.
