Leith Honda - Service Center

I went in for an oil change on my Civic lease and ended up trading for a new civic.This was my second visit to Leith Honda and find their customer service to be A-1.My salesman Nahru Williams was probably up trading for a new civic.This was my second visit to Leith Honda and find their customer service to be A-1.My salesman Nahru Williams was probably the most professional and polite man I have ever experienced at a dealership.I would reccomend Leith Honda and Nahru to Family and Friends without hesitation.Just an awesome experience.Thanks and look forward to a long standing relationship with Leith Honda. I have the same Service Advisor Since 1997 ( David Rolow ). He is the best and that is why I drive extra distance to go to this service department and not Cary. I took my car in because of squealing brakes. The technician n.oticed my tread was low on my tires. He quickly found four tires that not only were less than the original tires but also had a better w technician n.oticed my tread was low on my tires. I sent my son there to pick up a pair of rear brakes. My I sent my son there to pick up a pair of rear brakes. My son was sitting in the car to call me and the service man approached him and ask him what h I sent my son there to pick up a pair of rear brakes. My son was sitting in the car to call me and the service man approached him and ask him what he needed. He stated he needed some brakes. The service man did a diagnostic test on the brakes without my permission. My son thought he was signing to purchase brakes when all along he was signing for service. I didn't even have an appointment to get any service. I talked to the service advisor and service manager and they claim that my son order the service. I was stuck with paying for a diagnostic service that I didn't need. Ironcially, they would not accept my pre-written check for payment of the diagnostic service because I was not present even though they accepted my son's signature to do the diagnostic test. I will never do business with Leith Honda again. More
