Leith Honda - Service Center

- Since moving to North Carolina, I have experienced several mechanic fails..:( I finally decided to try the Honda dealership as a last resort... From the very start my service guy Larry S. has been GREAT!! He has had to help me out several times and has always gone above and beyond and just really been a cool guy.. Melanie, the service tech, was wonderful. She kept me up to date on the repairs and costs. Henry, the repairman, worked very hard to fix my problem, which took most of the day. Service wait time is almost always what is promised. Staff is helpful and do not pressure customer. Work is always top quality and I have never had a problem with anything that I have had done. I have not been lucky enough to win the lottery but when I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At the time I had a 2003 Honda which Leith and Ken kept in great shape. In 2008, I bought a new 2008 Honda and have continued to use Leith and specifically Ken for all of my service and I could not be happier. Ken Hunter is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He works with my schedule. In addition, I respect Ken's opinion and advice because he is very honest about what my car needs versus always trying to upsell me on additional services that I might not necessarily need. I will gladly continue to use Ken Hunter and Leith and would recommend them to anyone. More

Now I exclusively ask for Daivd when I take the car in; he is knowledgeable in his field, and most importantly he is extremely honest, that I rely on him 100% when it comes to my car. One week after the purchase of my new car, I returned to the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me l the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me listed in the computer system as having an appointment. She did, however, work me in so that the "we owe" item could be installed. The detail crew also did not know that I was waiting for the work to be done to my car. They apparently were going to do the same thing - work me in to get the work done. The detailing work is a two hour procedure that I had already planned the time for in my day. Needless to say, that part had to be rescheduled for a time that I could bring the car back. I was not happy at all that the service department did not know that I was coming in to have the "we owe" item installed. Someone did not follow through with what should have been done to make the purchaser of a new car feel that the dealership values them as a customer. I appreciate what they did to accommodate the installation of the "we owe" item, but was very disappointed in the entire experience. What should have taken about 2-2.5 hours for both the installation and detail work took nearly 2 hours for the installation only. I certainly hope that the detail work will take place as promised this second time around. More

I went in for an oil change on my Civic lease and ended up trading for a new civic.This was my second visit to Leith Honda and find their customer service to be A-1.My salesman Nahru Williams was probably up trading for a new civic.This was my second visit to Leith Honda and find their customer service to be A-1.My salesman Nahru Williams was probably the most professional and polite man I have ever experienced at a dealership.I would reccomend Leith Honda and Nahru to Family and Friends without hesitation.Just an awesome experience.Thanks and look forward to a long standing relationship with Leith Honda. I have the same Service Advisor Since 1997 ( David Rolow ). He is the best and that is why I drive extra distance to go to this service department and not Cary. I bought another Honda because I am very plea ). He is the best and that is why I drive extra distance to go to this service department and not Cary. I bought another Honda because I am very pleased with Leith Honda on Capital BLVD. If David is not working I would wait for him because I trust him and I know he will take care of my car. He always takes time to explain what is needed and recommended and never pressures me to make a decision on spot. I always take his recommendation because I trust him. I may not drive extra miles if David was not there. More
