Absolutely terrible service. Brought a new (5000 miles) Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the condenser because of me, denied warranty and asked for $650. After I declined, they still charged me $100 for "service". I am convinced that they sold me a broken car and then tried to make more money. More

Melanie, the service tech, was wonderful. She kept me up to date on the repairs and costs. Henry, the repairman, worked very hard to fix my problem, which took most of the day. Service wait time is almost always what is promised. Staff is helpful and do not pressure customer. Work is always top quality and I have never had a problem with anything that I have had done. I have not been lucky enough to win the lottery but when I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At the time I had a 2003 Honda which Leith and Ken kept in great shape. In 2008, I bought a new 2008 Honda and have continued to use Leith and specifically Ken for all of my service and I could not be happier. Ken Hunter is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He works with my schedule. In addition, I respect Ken's opinion and advice because he is very honest about what my car needs versus always trying to upsell me on additional services that I might not necessarily need. I will gladly continue to use Ken Hunter and Leith and would recommend them to anyone. More
Now I exclusively ask for Daivd when I take the car in; he is knowledgeable in his field, and most importantly he is extremely honest, that I rely on him 100% when it comes to my car. One week after the purchase of my new car, I returned to the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me l the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me listed in the computer system as having an appointment. She did, however, work me in so that the "we owe" item could be installed. The detail crew also did not know that I was waiting for the work to be done to my car. They apparently were going to do the same thing - work me in to get the work done. The detailing work is a two hour procedure that I had already planned the time for in my day. Needless to say, that part had to be rescheduled for a time that I could bring the car back. I was not happy at all that the service department did not know that I was coming in to have the "we owe" item installed. Someone did not follow through with what should have been done to make the purchaser of a new car feel that the dealership values them as a customer. I appreciate what they did to accommodate the installation of the "we owe" item, but was very disappointed in the entire experience. What should have taken about 2-2.5 hours for both the installation and detail work took nearly 2 hours for the installation only. I certainly hope that the detail work will take place as promised this second time around. More
