I brought my 2005 Honda Accord into Leith Honda in Raleigh for a recall repair. Did not get off to a good start as I waited for one of the female service advisers to respond after I drove into the se Raleigh for a recall repair. Did not get off to a good start as I waited for one of the female service advisers to respond after I drove into the service area for my appointment time. After ignoring me, someone did respond to the vehicle that came in after me. When that customer apologized to me, not realizing that I was there ahead of her, I assured her that it wasn't her fault that I was neglected by Leith's employees. I was then told that the estimated time would be twice that of what I was told on the phone, and, perhaps longer. I also inquired about the possibility of getting the O ring replaced, under a goodwill repair, since the recall part was the hose that would plug right into the power steering pump at the O ring. I was informed that since this was a recall repair that could not be done during this servicing. What!? Yet, not so surprising, as it was possibly too challenging to try to figure out how to register that in the system. They were, however, able to tell me the other things that they could diagnose/find that would result in me adding additional paid services. I think I will stick with my local mechanic that provides reasonable/courteous common sense servicing of my autos. More

Both Bobby and Rodney in the parts department were instrumental in helping in a dire situation. They were professional, caring and helped me resolve a difficult dilemma. Absolutely terrible service. Brought a new (5000 miles) Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the condenser because of me, denied warranty and asked for $650. After I declined, they still charged me $100 for "service". I am convinced that they sold me a broken car and then tried to make more money. More

Melanie, the service tech, was wonderful. She kept me up to date on the repairs and costs. Henry, the repairman, worked very hard to fix my problem, which took most of the day. Service wait time is almost always what is promised. Staff is helpful and do not pressure customer. Work is always top quality and I have never had a problem with anything that I have had done. I have had no complaints other than the free coffe is instant other than brewed. While the cost is comparable to independents, I would never call prices "great" for any shop that I have used. More
I have not been lucky enough to win the lottery but when I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At I moved to Raleigh in 2006 and visited Leith for the first time for service on my Honda, I was lucky enough to get Ken Hunter as my service rep. At the time I had a 2003 Honda which Leith and Ken kept in great shape. In 2008, I bought a new 2008 Honda and have continued to use Leith and specifically Ken for all of my service and I could not be happier. Ken Hunter is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He works with my schedule. In addition, I respect Ken's opinion and advice because he is very honest about what my car needs versus always trying to upsell me on additional services that I might not necessarily need. I will gladly continue to use Ken Hunter and Leith and would recommend them to anyone. More
