At times I have gone to Ken thinking I needed some type of service and that I was going to pay out a lot of money. Ken would be honest and advise me of what my true options where, in a lot of the instances he saved me money. I know that when I go to Leith Honda for Service and I am dealing with Ken I have no worries that I will be taken care of. Ken tells me what is necessary and gets the service done in a timely manner. Ken knows what he is talking about and is always willing to make great recommendations. Grade A Service! Highly Recommended!! More
Great Service from Mike Rausch and Leith Honda A malfunctioning $10 electronic sensor left my wife broken down on the Interstate. I asked the towing company to take it to Leith Honda where Michael A malfunctioning $10 electronic sensor left my wife broken down on the Interstate. I asked the towing company to take it to Leith Honda where Michael Rausch met a disorganized towing company (after normal hours by the way) to transfer my car for service. After an initial diagnostics the next morning, the car started up and technician found no problems (just my luck). Mike took it upon himself to check it out further, and he was able to recreate the problem. He called me promptly that morning to tell me they found the problem and it was being fixed. I also had some routine maintenance done at a very fair price and Mike got the car back to me in time to pick up the kids. Fast and friendly service and quality work. I’ll be taking the car back to Mike at Leith Honda for all my service going forward. More

I have been going to Ken Hunter since I purchased my truck at Leith Honda. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond to get my maintenance and repairs done quickly and accurately! I brought my 2005 Honda Accord into Leith Honda in Raleigh for a recall repair. Did not get off to a good start as I waited for one of the female service advisers to respond after I drove into the se Raleigh for a recall repair. Did not get off to a good start as I waited for one of the female service advisers to respond after I drove into the service area for my appointment time. After ignoring me, someone did respond to the vehicle that came in after me. When that customer apologized to me, not realizing that I was there ahead of her, I assured her that it wasn't her fault that I was neglected by Leith's employees. I was then told that the estimated time would be twice that of what I was told on the phone, and, perhaps longer. I also inquired about the possibility of getting the O ring replaced, under a goodwill repair, since the recall part was the hose that would plug right into the power steering pump at the O ring. I was informed that since this was a recall repair that could not be done during this servicing. What!? Yet, not so surprising, as it was possibly too challenging to try to figure out how to register that in the system. They were, however, able to tell me the other things that they could diagnose/find that would result in me adding additional paid services. I think I will stick with my local mechanic that provides reasonable/courteous common sense servicing of my autos. More
