I was four hours early for this appointment, instead of being four days late. Mr. Hunter could have informed me that my appointment was schedule for 4:30PM, but instead Mr. Hunter greeted me with that usual smile, great conversation, and that million-dollar personality. I was in and out of Leith Honda within the hour. Upon leaving, another young man issued me my paperwork and keys, he stated Ken sends his regards and he was at lunch. 2 great experiences I brought my son's '98 Accord in for service twice over the past year. Most recently for AC work. It's ice cold again, thanks, summers are brutal here. I should have given kudos after the first visit but the second pleasant experience reminded me. I noticed a torn rubber boot on a front drive axle (car is 16 yrs old) and talked to David Rolow on the phone. I dropped the car off and said look it over and let me know if it needs anything else. I got a call from David a little later about a minor oil leak that was found. I said go ahead and take care of that too. The car was done when promised and when I was there to pick it up I asked about the oil leak. The service manager, Chuck Prier, overheard David and I talking and said "come outside, I'll show you where it was". It's been several months since that service and I've been keeping an eye on it. No more leaks. The old Accord is going to be due for a timing belt change within the next year or so. Thanks to David and Chuck I will be bringing it back to Leith Honda for that job. Great service at fair prices, unfortunately that's hard to find these days. I expect to be a long time customer of Leith Honda. More

Ken has assisted me for a little over a year. Ken has one of those personalities that grabs you the minute you walk into the doors. He's easygoing, polite, and always taking customer service to another level. He and David keeps in the loop with my car and always suggest if I need any additional work. They always thoroughly explain the procedure for that day or future work I may need. Ken is simply awesome and I enjoy coming to Leith Honda. I'll see ya this Thursday for an early oil change for my road trip for the Memorial Holiday weekend. I know that when I go to Leith Honda for Service and I am dealing with Ken I have no worries that I will be taken care of. Ken tells me what is necessary and gets the service done in a timely manner. Great Service from Mike Rausch and Leith Honda A malfunctioning $10 electronic sensor left my wife broken down on the Interstate. I asked the towing company to take it to Leith Honda where Michael A malfunctioning $10 electronic sensor left my wife broken down on the Interstate. I asked the towing company to take it to Leith Honda where Michael Rausch met a disorganized towing company (after normal hours by the way) to transfer my car for service. After an initial diagnostics the next morning, the car started up and technician found no problems (just my luck). Mike took it upon himself to check it out further, and he was able to recreate the problem. He called me promptly that morning to tell me they found the problem and it was being fixed. I also had some routine maintenance done at a very fair price and Mike got the car back to me in time to pick up the kids. Fast and friendly service and quality work. I’ll be taking the car back to Mike at Leith Honda for all my service going forward. More

I have been going to Ken Hunter since I purchased my truck at Leith Honda. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond to get my maintenance and repairs done quickly and accurately!
