Horrible Service Department Took my CRV to have "check engine light" analyzed. They told me they fixed it. Got in car to leave (after paying $589) and "check engine light" was still on. Said "oh, wait a minute and we'll reset it." Then called us into service bay area and said "this is wrong and this is wrong and this is wrong." Never told us before we paid our bill and started to leave with the light still on! Totally dishonest dealer. Made a complaint to the general manager, and no one has contacted us. The service tech would not make eye contact. DO NOT go to Leith Honda! More
Not For Service I have been to other Honda dealerships for service on my Honda Accord, so I am very disappointed I had such a poor experience at this location. They seem to have done great work on the car from what I can tell but it was not worth the wait or frustration. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. The service advisor working with me seemed more preoccupied with his computer than helping me. After waiting 3 hours for an oil and transmission fluid change, I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for the $16 refund they owed me after forgetting to honor my 10% coupon. The only time I seemed to get decent customer service was when I walked through the car sales department. More

I am so glad Mike Rausch turned my unpleasant experience into an exceptional visit. When I arrived I was greeted by Service Advisor Ken Hunter. Unfortunately, he turned out to be my worst nightmare at Honda. He was so arrogant and did not treat me as a valuable customer by ignoring my presence at his station and walking away before settling the status of my car. Needless to say I sought better service from another Advisor ... MIKE RAUSCH. Mike was Honda's saving grace! He was very polite and patient and knows his car business. Mike is very professional and exhibited exceptional customer service! It was definitely a pleasure doing my Honda business with him. I will definitely refer Mike to any friends and family who take their vehicles to Honda. More
Great Service The air conditioning in my car went out and I knew I was going to have to take it in for service. I had been in twice for my air conditioning before, The air conditioning in my car went out and I knew I was going to have to take it in for service. I had been in twice for my air conditioning before, but this time it just totally gave up. On my previous visits, I had worked with Mike Foushee and really appreciated his honesty about what kind of service I would need. This time was no different. When he explained what needed to be fixed, he actually drew a diagram on a piece of paper so I could really understand what the problem was. What other service professional has ever done that!? I ended up trading my car in that day for a new CRV, but I know when I go in for future service visits, I will absolutely ask for Mike Foushee! More

The service center has done 99% of the work on both of them for me. I would highly recommend Leith Honda service. And the other main reason I keep coming back....is because of Mr. Ken Hunter. Ken is always courteous, respectful, polite, and sets the bar super high for customer service. I got to say that maybe one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Leith is because of Ken's customer service. Ken gives great customer service and I have come to expect and appreciate that every time I take my car(s) in for service. Great job Ken! Best of success to you and to Leith Honda! Would not recommend buying or servicing your Honda here I was promised by both the Roy Bailey and the Service Tech who worked on my car, that spending $3000 on repairs for a new clutch and new bearings woul I was promised by both the Roy Bailey and the Service Tech who worked on my car, that spending $3000 on repairs for a new clutch and new bearings would fix the problems I had described with my car (i.e. did I NEED a new clutch and that I was having intermittent problems getting the car to go into gear). After being assured that it would, I agreed to spend the $3000. The shifting problem still exists and after they worked on my car, now a new problem is occurring, intermittent power loss on shifting. Honda now refuses to fix the problem and asked me if I wanted them to rebuild/replace my transmission at my expense!!! I was never told there were any transmission issues on my car and there are only so many issues that can cause a shifting problem!!!! Apparently they KNEW that there are transmission problems with the Honda's and didn't disclose this, instead telling me they could fix the problem so they could get $3000 in service. After I took the car and complained that the original problem was not fixed and now a new problem existed, they lied and said they had advised me to buy a new car which is not true. See carcomplaints.com, do an internet search on Honda transmission problems and all the comlaints at the BBB. It is a shame that this dealership will not take ownership of this. This was my third Honda and will most likely be my last after this. Had they been HONEST, I would not have spent the $3000 on the car!!!! And after reading all of the other negative reviews regarding Leith Dealerships, I doubt I would shop there ever again. I did expect a higher level from them since they own so many dealerships in the area. More

I was four hours early for this appointment, instead of being four days late. Mr. Hunter could have informed me that my appointment was schedule for 4:30PM, but instead Mr. Hunter greeted me with that usual smile, great conversation, and that million-dollar personality. I was in and out of Leith Honda within the hour. Upon leaving, another young man issued me my paperwork and keys, he stated Ken sends his regards and he was at lunch. It's ice cold again, thanks, summers are brutal here. I should have given kudos after the first visit but the second pleasant experience reminded me. I noticed a torn rubber boot on a front drive axle (car is 16 yrs old) and talked to David Rolow on the phone. I dropped the car off and said look it over and let me know if it needs anything else. I got a call from David a little later about a minor oil leak that was found. I said go ahead and take care of that too. The car was done when promised and when I was there to pick it up I asked about the oil leak. The service manager, Chuck Prier, overheard David and I talking and said "come outside, I'll show you where it was". It's been several months since that service and I've been keeping an eye on it. No more leaks. The old Accord is going to be due for a timing belt change within the next year or so. Thanks to David and Chuck I will be bringing it back to Leith Honda for that job. Great service at fair prices, unfortunately that's hard to find these days. I expect to be a long time customer of Leith Honda. More

Ken has assisted me for a little over a year. Ken has one of those personalities that grabs you the minute you walk into the doors. He's easygoing, polite, and always taking customer service to another level. He and David keeps in the loop with my car and always suggest if I need any additional work. They always thoroughly explain the procedure for that day or future work I may need. Ken is simply awesome and I enjoy coming to Leith Honda. I'll see ya this Thursday for an early oil change for my road trip for the Memorial Holiday weekend.
