I cannot speak to the sales area, but if you are thinking of getting your car serviced, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I had an 8:30am Saturday morning drop off and actually dropped the vehicle off at 8am and spoke to an advisor. Fast forward 5.5 hours later and I call because I've heard nothing. Their technician never even looked at it and now they don't believe they'll be able to begin looking at it until Monday. There's no manager on duty to speak to - they went home(!) Nobody else with any authority at the site to talk to. Finally was connected to a service advisor and they repeated the same lame excuses: "We got busy." "We want the same tech to look at it and he's behind"...etc The reality is that they de-prioritized my car, even though I had an appointment, in order to service their walk-in clients. The only options they gave me were to wait until Monday and hopefully they could look at it then, or I could cancel the service ticket, drive an hour each way to get there, and get my car back. This is bottom-level service. I recommend staying FAR away from Leith Honda Service! More

The technician gouged my dashboard in several places during the repair. The damage was not brought to my attention. I found the damage when my car was returned to me. When brought to the attention of the manager on shift, he asked "what will make this right, an oil change?". After some discussion, the manager agreed to have a technician they contract repair the dash board. On 10/6/22 I was contacted me after 8:00 am and asked to bring the vehicle in right then for repair work. No advanced notice, no scheduling, no chance since I was already at work. Since then I have herd nothing from the dealership. More
I took my car for warranty recall for changing the shaft. They fixed it on the next day. When I drove the car to home I felt the steering wheels are bit tight when compared earlier and heard a noise continu They fixed it on the next day. So I took the car back to them and they said the noise is not coming from shaft. I took the mechanic for test drive saying are you saying this noise is not coming because of changing the shaft. If they want to diagnose the problem, then I need to pay 260$. I took the car to local mechanic.He found the problem with in 2 minutes. that they didn't tighten the bolt which is Infront of the shaft and documented the video of that. Now they saying that this would not happened because of changing shaft. Without moving this they could not changed it or when I took for second time they would have inspected the bolt which is near to the shaft. I am going to share the videos documented to the next level of Honda company. More

BUYER BEWARE! ! Leith Honda serviced my car and let me know about a fuel pump recall my car had. I take it in the next week for them to replace the fuel pump and ge ! I drive 3 miles home and the engine starts to sputter…car will no longer start, all warning lights are on. I get towed back to Honda, they proceed to tell me it’s my battery…they replace it and give me my car back. I drive the next day, starts up, 4 miles into the drive car starts making crazy noises I turn it off and on again, doesn’t start. I get towed to Honda again… they tell me it’s my battery and would not provide a loaner. After the third tow in in a week they finally decide to look deeper into it. They find that they messed up an o ring during the fuel pump installation and tell me my car was xxxxxxx air instead of fuel. No apologies from the service providers for continuously telling me I’m wrong, when clearly they messed up. More
Dropped my car off January 3rd to be looked at. Got a call back the following morning saying they needed to order a part. Fine, but I needed to prepay almost $200. The guy tells me looks like its been in since January 7th, sorry your sales person didn't give you a call. In addition my options are to either wait a week or leave my car at Honda for over 48 hours. Aaron is the most incompetent guy on Earth and I'm shocked Chuck Prier runs service that way at Leith. More
