There is so much I can say about Alison but I’ll keep it brief. Alison is always a phone call away with anything car related. So I started having car issues earlier this week and she jumped right in to assi brief. Alison is always a phone call away with anything car related. She has been hands on throughout the whole process and checks in several times a day to make sure I had accurate updates. The thing is I purchased this car 5 years ago and she still pours into her clients. Reach out to her for all of your car needs! More

I recently needed a new trunk weatherstrip liner for my Honda and had a disappointing experience with Leith Honda. When I called to check if they had the part in stock, they told me they’d inform me during Honda and had a disappointing experience with Leith Honda. After waiting 1-1/2 hours at my appointment time, I was informed that they didn’t have the liner in stock and it needed to be ordered. Additionally, they pushed for an unnecessary $260 water test. In contrast, Reggie Jackson Honda was a breath of fresh air. When I called, they immediately confirmed they needed to order the part and called me once it arrived. They installed the weatherstrip liner quickly and efficiently, without trying to upsell me unnecessary services. They also performed a comprehensive vehicle check, replaced a brake light bulb at no charge, and gave me a free car wash. All of this for a lower price than what Leith quoted. I’m extremely satisfied with Reggie Jackson Honda and will not be returning to Leith Honda. More

I cannot speak to the sales area, but if you are thinking of getting your car serviced, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Their website (by design) does not offer the ability to select that you'd " of getting your car serviced, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Their website (by design) does not offer the ability to select that you'd "wait" for the vehicle. I had an 8:30am Saturday morning drop off and actually dropped the vehicle off at 8am and spoke to an advisor. Fast forward 5.5 hours later and I call because I've heard nothing. Their technician never even looked at it and now they don't believe they'll be able to begin looking at it until Monday. There's no manager on duty to speak to - they went home(!) Nobody else with any authority at the site to talk to. Finally was connected to a service advisor and they repeated the same lame excuses: "We got busy." "We want the same tech to look at it and he's behind"...etc The reality is that they de-prioritized my car, even though I had an appointment, in order to service their walk-in clients. The only options they gave me were to wait until Monday and hopefully they could look at it then, or I could cancel the service ticket, drive an hour each way to get there, and get my car back. This is bottom-level service. I recommend staying FAR away from Leith Honda Service! More

I will take my business elsewhere, where it is appreciated and employees are actually want to earn my business, and Geoff and Aaron, wish you all luck, but you should be ashamed of yourselves. More
