I had originally written my initial review which you can read below, after going to trade in my truck only to get an unwelcome surprise by the CARFAX. Long story short, not even an hour after leaving my review, Jon Foley at Leith called me and asked if I’d be willing to come in. The endstate of the story, is CARFAX took 4 years to post the structural damage from the previous owners accident, and a year after I’d purchased the truck. Something neither the dealership, nor me the purchaser can change. (The auto check feedback came from Pinehurst Toyota of what they assumed happened) END OF THE STORY: Leith worked with me on the truck, and bent over backwards to make this right. Jon Foley, Andrew Wallace, and Sloan over at Leith Honda were exceptionally helpful, and it’s not often a man these days cares truly about integrity and reputation which Mr. Foley does. Leith has my respect, and my recommendation. This is now my third vehicle I’ve gotten from Leith in the 11 years I’ve been at Fort Bragg, and I’ll probably buy my daughters first car here in the future. *******OLD REVIEW BELOW********** DISHONEST, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a truck from Leith McBrayer 2 years ago, and at the time was shown a "car fax" (was actually an AutoCheck made to pass as CAR FAX unbeknownst to us at the time) where they wanted to be "open" and "upfront" that the truck had a fender bender with it's previous owner but that there was only MINOR damage as we could see from the report. Fast forward two years, our fourth kid on the way, we're looking to trade in our truck for a vehicle with third row seating, and at the dealership we get shown an ACTUAL CAR FAX that says the vehicle had "structural damage", and were being offered $10k under the trade in value of the truck. VILE, and DISHONESTY doesn't describe this dealership, and what's worse is that they would rip off their own customer base in a SMALL TOWN COMMUNITY. Some of the employees kids even play soccer with my kids. UTTERLY DISGUSTING. I will also be contacting the better business bureau, and will definitely ensure all MILITARY and anyone else I ever encounter gets honest feedback about this trap of a dealership. The reason to buy from this dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and all of the people that I have worked with are excellent. If they do not have a vehicle in stock they pull the stop out finding a vehicle you will enjoy and meet all of your requirements. They are not high pressure and tell you the truth, not only that give will give the most for your trade plus the best possible price. All of this is backed by the exemplary service department with highly trained technician who are able to take care of all your mechanical needs when problems arise. You are always greeted in a friendly courteous manner with no pressuring technics used. We own a Dodge ram 2500 and a Charger. we do not let anyone else service these vehicle. We purchased a vehicle from Leith Mcbrayer and never received our tags. We called after the 30 days and the salesman told us that the DMV was "just backed up". So two weeks passed by and we still hadn't received our tags. We called after the 30 days and the salesman told us that the DMV was "just backed up". So two weeks passed by and we still hadn't received the tags so we drove back to the dealership and were told that the original owner had not signed all paperwork and that they could not locate him. We asked for another 30 day tag so we could drive the car while the issue was being resolved and they would not give us one. They said and I quote "if you get pulled over and get a ticket we will pay for it". That is such poor business practice. We contacted local law enforcement and they said yes, indeed we could get another 30 day tag. We have contacted a lawyer to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this dealership for the horrible standards and for the way we were flat out lied to. More

Don't buy from this dealership unless you want to lose THOUSANDS of dollars!! They will not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Mine broke down 28 days after purchase with a blown motor!!
