Leith Acura really went out of their way for us. We were interested in a pre-owned MDX, but there were some scratches and dings, especially on the rear bumper, and an issue with the leather inside We were interested in a pre-owned MDX, but there were some scratches and dings, especially on the rear bumper, and an issue with the leather inside (a small tear, about the size of a dime). We put a contingent offer down on the vehicle while they made the repairs, which included repainting the entire bumper, paint chip touch-up, and leather repair. When we came back, the repairs had been well executed and we were happy with the outcome. We moved forward with the deal and are happy with our salesman, sales manager, business office experience.
