He was not the least bit pushy but incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind & patient. He made the experience so easy and enjoyable. If we were ever headed back for another car I'd definitely call prior to and see if Eddie would help us! He deserves to be recognized and used as an example as to how to handle customers. Great hire!
