Great Customer Service I have purchased 5 Acuras from Kai Hardaway, III I met Kai in 2007 when I purchased my first TSX, he was so polite and easy going. He let me drive all I have purchased 5 Acuras from Kai Hardaway, III I met Kai in 2007 when I purchased my first TSX, he was so polite and easy going. He let me drive all three white TSX they had on the lot, so I could get the best one. LOL It was the start of a great relationship and I recently purchased the fifth Acura, a 2016 TLX , he made the transaction very smooth. I must also add the service dept is great. Justin is always so friendly and works me right in for service. Adrian Johnson, the Asst Service Manager, is always so helpful. Any issues I have had with my cars, he takes the time to ride with me and listens to my concerns. He always makes sure I am happy when I pick up my car. He is a true asset to the service dept. More

Amazing Customer Service from Justin Hager I brought my car in for a routine oil change and mentioned an intermittent issue I was having with the sunroof along with the brakes. I was greeted b I brought my car in for a routine oil change and mentioned an intermittent issue I was having with the sunroof along with the brakes. I was greeted by Justin and the drop off went very quick and smooth. Justin called me in a couple hours with the verdict on the sunroof needing some parts that would not be arriving until the next day. He gave me the option of picking up my car and bringing it back once the parts arrived or driving a loaner for the night. I opted for the loaner and the next day my car was ready. Not to mention it was washed upon pick up. Pick up was smooth and quick and I will be returning for any and all future service my Acura may need. The service department gets a "10" from me! More

Christopher Leith brings integrity did the industry as the family name instills its values throughout all of its dealerships. Today, at the Leith Carry service department For a warranty alignment/ balance and first free oil change. All vehicles are eligible for an allignment / ballgame for the first 12 months / 12,000 miles as stated in the warranty book. Typically, my expectations are never very high however today was much different. Mr. Justin Hagar is the best I have ever experienced. With over 16 years of service at the same dealership - he is a highly seasoned professional that can anticipate clients needs before being asked or told. Justin's professionalism was on par of what you would expect that a Rolls-Royce dealership. - Justin won't nickel and dime you, and he will be upfront and honest while being highly professional as he is genuinely sincere. I offer my strongest recommendation that if you go to Leith auto group Acura In Cary - ask for Justin by name, you won't be disappointed. We didn't get the typical 'overselling' and loved how he handled discussing our budget and what we wanted. Once we knew we were finalizing the purchase Eddie took us to the 'finance guy' Luigi and he was just as great as Eddie. We didn't finance through the dealership but we didn't ever feel like we got any lesser service because of that. These guys were wonderful.
