Besides doing great work, the team is super friendly and professional-always going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy ave their car is ready for the road. Plus, the waiting room has great amenities (snacks, soda, water and some kind of high tech coffee machine that-just like Kramer ordered-even makes lattes and cappuccinos). The cherry on top? They wash and vacuum the car when they're all done! I actually try to time my visits for maximum car dirtiness during the winter months! More

Changed my perception of car buying completely I have never bought a car before and I was pre-warned about the whole experience by friends and family. Eddie Close greeted me at the door with a warm smile and immediately assed my needs. I told him what I wanted and instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want he actually listened and worked hard to find it for me. He drove all the way to Wendell to get a used car and although that car wasn't THE ONE he still followed up and gave me numerous options to meet my needs. Although I didn't buy a car from Eddie (Bought from CarVana) I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and genuine care he showed me along the way. I will recommend Eddie and Leith Acura to family, friends and will defiantly call him when I eventually purchase another car. More

The finance team was quickly able to find me a better deal than the financing I already had in place (huge!), and they worked expediently to get my paperwork processed so I could be on my way. The sales manager, Izzy, even came over, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I walked away feeling great about the entire transaction, and that has not always been the case. More
