Purchase of certified preowned vehicle Went to test drive a car, but the car had just sold. The salesman had us look at a car that was a sales demo. We really liked the car and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the differences in the trim packages. He sold us on the newer model and the recent tech updates. We were able to reasonably negotiate the price and trade in value. It was a win-win for both. When it came to financing, the F&I person really did a stupendous job negotiating the third party interest rate down. Both he and the salesman both stayed well after closing to close the deal, explain the financing and explain the technology of the vehicle. It was a great experience! More

Excellent Customer Service in a Roadside Emergency I was traveling on I40 from Wilmington to pick up my son at Carolina when my 2016 MDX had an issue. The Acura roadside assistance towed me to Leith Ac I was traveling on I40 from Wilmington to pick up my son at Carolina when my 2016 MDX had an issue. The Acura roadside assistance towed me to Leith Acura where Mike Lee took great care of me! He put me in a 2017 MDX so I could pick up my son at UNC while my vehicle was being serviced. Mike had me up and running back to Wilmington in no time! My daughter inadvertently left her wallet in the loaner MDX and Mike had it shipped to our home! The service we received was definitely above and beyond! It is with a very grateful heart that I recommend Mike Lee and the service department at Leith Acura! More
