Service Beyond Expectations My appointment at Leith Acura in Cary was to purchase a replacement key fob for my 2014 RDX. The visit included programming the key fob. I was greeted by Justin and after a reasonable wait time, he announced my car was ready. When checking out, he said the service technician had noticed my car was "slow to start". He stated they had installed a new battery! My first thought was -"Really? Why didn't they first ask if I desired for them to replace the battery.?" Some auto dealer service departments do seem to push unnecceary repairs and replacements. However, before my thought was verbalized to Justin, he went on to say the new battery was installed at NO CHARGE! In seeing the surprise on my face, Justin stated: "We do not want our customers to be driving in unsafe situations." I am now planning to have ALL my future servicing needs done at this dealership. This was indeed SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! More
