It has over 200,000 miles so I knew considering the timing belt replacement was included that it was going to a pretty big deal. What I was most impressed with was the courtesy and the excellent communication. Once the service was started, some additional issues were found. These additional items were communicated and the options were explained very well. There was no pressure to do any additional work, just very effective communication of my options. For my particular case, I could of delayed some of the additional service for 6-12 months but there would be significantly more labor cost. Providing all of this information allowed me to make the decision best for my situation. I have had several positive interactions over the years with Israel Chacona but this was the first time I had interacted with Justin. I give both the highest possible review. More
