21 years of excellent service I have going to this dealership for 21 years and have purchased four Acuras. 2017 MDX shaw purchase great experience with Scott, sales consultant. Very patient and not high pressure. Day of delivery, business office very busy we waited an hour and great experience with Scott, sales consultant. Very patient and not high pressure. Day of delivery, business office very busy we waited an hour and half to complete a cash sale deal. business manager apologized and indicated the dealership needed another business manager to help handle the work load. Scott apologized for the wait which was outside of his control. He also called a couple of days after the sale to check in concerning any questions we had encountered. We are enjoying the car ride and all the feature that are available. More
