My ACURA MDX TECH "test drive" I decided to check out ACURA after a few other test drives. I'm glad I did! Kai Hardaway III was kind,knowledgeable and patient. Immediately I felt comfortable asking questions and explained I didn't want to haggle. The deal was done relatively quick.. I left to go to my credit union without the purchase order! Called to get it faxed, the fax wasn't coming through--I was just about to go back to Leith when it was hand delivered by Kai! Now that is Customer Service at its best! I must add Don Rigsbee was great to work with as well, no pressure to buy those "extras"! More

After I told him that I was interested in an RDX, the very first thing he suggested was for us to go on a test drive to ensure that the RDX was a good fit. During our test drive, Kai shared information about the different packages that were available on the current inventory that Leith Acura had in stock, as well as how to get the best "bang for my buck". I am so thankful for this feedback from Kai, as well as his ability to share with me the differences between the various packages of an RDX model. This allowed me to make an informed decision on which vehicle I would purchase, and provided me with an understanding that my business was valued by Kai and Leith Acura.
