Although we didn’t have an appointment Kai greeted us and answered all of our questions in a no hassle, non-assertive way. We were considering other vehicles including Lexus RX 350 and Toyota Highlander, however Kai knowledge of the Acura MDX and it’s capabilities swayed our decision. While the breakless approach on a curve frightened me, my husband was very impressed. The entertainment package has already proven to be beneficial for our girls! We are very happy with our Acura MDX and look forward to the peaceful, comfortable road trips with our family! Since we were searching for a specific color combination, it took about 2 weeks for the deal to be finished, but Kai kept me informed every step of the way. There was no hard selling.
