I bought a 2021 XC60 CPO it was a box of crap with a bow around it. Gave them a cherry trade in and lost 5 grand in the deal. The service manager was incompetent, the manager took the side of the service ma around it. Gave them a cherry trade in and lost 5 grand in the deal. The service manager was incompetent, the manager took the side of the service manager over the customer, wrong move. After 2 problems that went un-repaired the car developed 2 more problems. I traded it in after 2 months. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me, yes I had problems with this dealership in 2009. I would not buy a lawnmower from these jokers. More

Terrific customer service . While out of state recently we had a problem with a rear wheel sensor .The Mercedes dealer in Montana wasn’t able to order the part ,called Leikin parts and got hold of Pat he w we had a problem with a rear wheel sensor .The Mercedes dealer in Montana wasn’t able to order the part ,called Leikin parts and got hold of Pat he was able to walk the other dealer through that process and the part was received the following day to continue our trip. Pat even called that day to make sure the part was taken care of ,that’s great service! During this same trip the engine light came on less than 100 miles from home ,scheduled service on line they got the parts needed and got us on our way again. Some may think that’s a lot of service but but we drove over 10,000 miles in 6 weeks traveling and enjoying life .I’m grateful to Leikin parts and service More

Service Pain Trying to set an appointment for service has radically changed at Leiken and worsen. 1) First time I called , two transfers then a message, then Trying to set an appointment for service has radically changed at Leiken and worsen. 1) First time I called , two transfers then a message, then reference to LeikenMotors,com, t set an appojntment. 2) So i go to leikenMotirs.com and guess what? There is no service reference, just cars new and used to click on. 3) Back to calling Leiken Motors, working through the phone tree set of prompts. Get to the the message again and while sewing about the .com false lead, I miss the set of prompts to leave a message. 4) I circle back for the thrid time through the set of prompts and this time after hearing about having a "Greta Day" and recording my message for the third time, I at last leave a message. Now i wonder if I will get a call and when? I use to be an A-1 Leiken customer. Have things changed this much? Let me start by saying all my visits from leasing to the 10,000 service has been outstanding. The second time was only a week or two ago for my 10,000 check. The car was picked up and del back on time. All work was completed. Why I rated "5" Leikin Motors has preformed better than I expected. Since I got my car there I have spoken with others who have the same positive feelings I have. I will be working with Brad in the future for the next car. Plus My wife may become a customer too. On Oct.22/2012 at around 3:30pm, I pulled my 2004 Volvo xc90 into the service dept.I walked up to the Service desk, where Advisor David Leighty stood. He asked how could he help me.I said I needed 6 it xc90 into the service dept.I walked up to the Service desk, where Advisor David Leighty stood. He asked how could he help me.I said I needed 6 items repaired.David took my name and phone number and I came up on his terminal.I told him the sunroof is loose,rattles and leaks.I then told him that I had half a foot of water on the passenger floor,and under the pass seat.I told David that the Stereo Amp.is under that seat, and it will need to be replaced after they fix the sunroof.I told David to replace the Exhaust from the Cat.conv. on back.Now at #4) Order a Key and a remote.5)Replace the timing belt, water pump, thermostat and upper and lower radiator hoses. And finally I told David to fix the wiring for the Brake lights. I said I am in no hurry and as long as I have something to drive I'd be fine. David asked Cheryl if they had any cars, and she gave him keys to a 2008 Mazda.I said,why don't you put $4000 down so as your Tech is working on it,you've got money to work with. He then had me initial the loaner car agreement form, where he had put 0.00 charges and said if you're fixing all this, we should be able to take care of the loaner. I stood there for a few moments talking to Cheryl, who I have known for 15 years. David pulled the Mazda up, I got in and went on my way.I never saw ,or signed a repair order.A few weeks later, David called me, and proceeded to tell me what they found, and said we were at about $4400, with out the belt/pump service.He stated I needed $2000 for 2 modules to fix the stop lights.And loaner car charges.At that point I said STOP working on my xc90, and I now need a WRITTEN estimate, telling me EXACTLY what it would cost.I gave him my e-mail address. Two weeks later, I get a loose leaf notebook page with 5 items listed as Parts and Labor.Note:(I had 6 items).In the interim, I had Chemo, and had 4 strokes.I get Out of the Cleveland Clinic,get home and see he had picked up the loaner.I called David and he went dowm the list,and he said his Tech put the 2 modules in to fix the Brake lights, but it did not fix the lights, so his Tech checked further and found an open wire and now they work. He said he will not charge me for fixing the open wire! I said what about the $2000 in modules? He said that I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM! David charged me $110 to tell me that the Amplifier got wet.I told him we already knew that, and I asked you to replace it. Silence...David had charged me $963 for the loaner car which the loaner agreement (a WRITTEN CONTRACT) stated it would cost $0.00. David charged me for 3 seperate charges for anti-freeze on the SAME JOB LINE! $26 x 3. The parts dept. software should have caught that, flashed a notice stating that the part already exists, and asked you if you wanted to change the quanity.3 gallons mixed with 3 gallons of water, equals 24 quarts.WOW! it only holds 10 quarts.And that one job was 20% over the written estimate. I made it very clear. Tell me what it needs, I'll fix whatever you tell me,and I told him DO NOT LIE TO ME! I put the old $2000 modules back in and I reloaded the soft-ware.Brake lights work fine.We are now at over $8575.00, and my xc90 is still broke. No one went over the 8 pages of invoices with me, I never signed a repair order.But you must know where the real problem is at.It is in the parts dept.,when a Tech orders an electrical part,they are NOT allowed to return it.That puts the Tech, and the Advisor in a bad position. Keep Auto Repair Service in check.I have worked with Leikin's parts personal and at least 6 former Technicians, and when I asked each of the Techs why did you leave Leikin? The answer was always the same.They all wanted the customers to trust them and they didn't like being put in a position where they could not complain or suggest changes to regain that trust we so desprately need. I purchased this vehicle from a private owner and it needed sevice on a Transmission Pilot Bushing. At the completion of this service I asked Mr. Thompson to assist me with a overview of the car(my first Mercedes) Mr. Thimpson treated me like I had purchased a $100,000 dollar car( one day I will) I am a local Pastor and I speak to Thousand of people and will be recommending Mr. Thompson as a person to see when purchasing a Mercedes because of his warm engaging personality,his knowledge of the car(2000 S 500) and again the high esteem in which he engaged me.
