Exceeded my expectations Wow.....where do I begin? First off I saw my dream car online It was perfectly priced and the right color so I hopped on the road and drove 200 miles Wow.....where do I begin? First off I saw my dream car online It was perfectly priced and the right color so I hopped on the road and drove 200 miles to test drive it! Secondly upon arriving I was greeted with a huge smile by a guy named Steve Johnson "THE BOW TIE GUY"who told us it was his first day on the job....I told him what car I was interested in and that I drove 200 miles to test drive it and without hesitation he retrieved the keys.....We talked about everything from sports to the kids as I was getting acquainted with what I knew to be the newest addition to my family....I put a down payment on the car and headed back to Michigan to finialize my financing through my bank but assured Steve I would be back under four conditions...1. That he detail the car 2. That he put Armour Oil on the tires. 3. that he put some "smell good" in the car and lastly that he puts that big, red bow that I saw on the commercial on my car...Steve said "sure thing" After completing my financing once again I hit the highway and headed to OHIO to claim my beauty....Upon arrival I was amazed! Finally someone at a dealership KEPT THEIR WORD!!!!! There my car was in the showroom clean with shiny tires! I quickly opened the door to a fresh scent and.......YOU GUESSED IT.....MY BIG, RED BOW!!!!!! Shortly afterwards Dave Pecek the sale consultant greeted my husband and I and quickly went over alllllllllllll the bells and whistles! It took nearly 45 mins for him to show me each part and how it functioned BUT I DIDN'T MIND....Next Mike Morris came over and asked if he could take our picture next to our new ride and of course I obliged! We were escorted to the finance dept to complete title paperwork and I was given a brand new Mercedes Benz ink pen ( in box) to use! I felt like royalty! I said alllllllllll of this to say in all of my years of buying cars (and I've purchased at least 15) I have NEVER been treated with class! They spoiled me and certainly set the bar high!!!!! Thanks guys and it was a PLEASURE doing business with you....PS I'll be back in 3yrs for my upgrade!!!!! ??? Angie Lewis More

I got both the best price and the best service at Leikin. Our sales associate Brian Rapoport was excellent. Ultra-responsive before the sale, after the sale agreement but before delivery, and even after delivery. Other dealerships would often take a day or two to respond to an email or call -- Brian's responses were typically within hours, even on his day off! And, Brian's knowledge of the car is encyclopedic. We were interested in a variety of packages, and he arranged for us to experience them all, and he knew everything about each of them. Every time we came in for a test drive, the cars were waiting for us, indoors if the weather was unpleasant. And there was no "what can I do to put you in this car today..." He simply provided us all the information we wanted, lets us drive anything we wanted, and answered all our questions until we didn't have anymore, and then agreed to the price we wanted to pay! I don't know what else I could have asked for in terms of a positive experience with Brian and Leikin. More

He answered all my questions quickly and reassured me about anything I was concerned with as I was coming in from out of town. They sent great pictures, so I ordered a Lemon Squad inspection. It checked out and I was on my way to Ohio to pick up my car. I had one minor issue, I asked for the jiggly mirror to be fixed before I got there and it wasn't, other than that the car was in pristine condition. The dealership itself is very nice. I flew in, met with Jim, test drove it. The paperwork took less than 7 minutes and I was ready to go. The transaction was easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More

As an out-of-state purchaser, I was apprehensive when I started the process. I needn't have been. Matt Nagy did a great job as my salesman: he was available by phone and e-mail whenever I had a question. He gave me just the right amount of attention. I decided to travel by public transportation but from my starting location there were no reasonable air or train connections, so I traveled to Cleveland by bus. Matt met me at the station! After a test drive, I knew that the vehicle lived up to what was presented online. Matt and finance manager John D'Amico realized that I was facing a long drive home, and they were well prepared for us to finalize the paperwork quickly. This is exactly the way car-buying should be.
