I have gone to multiple different Fords over the past 10 years, and this one by far had the best customer service, and delivered what they promised by the time they promised it by. Customer service was good. At times I felt I was only updated when I asked and had to re-ask about updates on my truck when I wasn’t provided one at the time I was told to expe At times I felt I was only updated when I asked and had to re-ask about updates on my truck when I wasn’t provided one at the time I was told to expect one. Mechanics eventually found the problem I brought my truck in for. After getting my truck back and returning the rental, my truck still makes the noice I complained about and has the same issue. I have resolved to replacing the part which I thought was causing the problem the whole time myself. A $30 part while Ford charged me $3000 to fix something that wasn’t even the issue apparently. I am beyond frustrated at this point. More
