I've bought two vehicles in the past from Leif Johnson. The first was at Riata of Elgin, Tx and the second was purchased at Truck City in Buda. I was not happy with the low level of interest shown to my wife and I when we attempted to make a purchase at Leif Johnson in Austin. I just bought my first Ford pick-up and was requiring service but again, I almost drove AWAY FOR THE LACK OF INTEREST SHOWN BY THE SERVICE WRITERS IN THE OUTSIDE OFFICE, where I was directed. While telling the young lady in the main office, by phone, my reason for wanting to cancel my appointment, she apologized, asked me to come back and then she connected me with "ULTIMATE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MEGAN CHRISTENSEN!" Wow! What a difference she made in my experiences at Leif Johnson Ford. She advised me of the process for my repairs and the time-line expectations. She also put me into a rental and kept me abreast of each step by step repair time lines. I also have a defective drivers side mirror that needs to be replaced and through the assistance of Yeshica, in Ford's Warranty Division and Jeff, Service Mgr. at LJ, this will be repaired hopefully by the end of May due to parts availability for 2021 vehicles. Btw, Yeashica in the Warranty Division was Phenomenal! She must have called me at least ten times as well to inform me of what was taking place with the repair of my mirror: so impressed with her friendliness, knowledge and tenacity to take care of me. Thanks everyone! More

Megan was very helpful, friendly and made me feel appreciated. She did a great job. I have a service plan and in the past, other service writers were indifferent to my business often ignoring me a appreciated. She did a great job. I have a service plan and in the past, other service writers were indifferent to my business often ignoring me as I stood for as much as 10 minutes in the service lane without even being recognized. I have even left messages to set appointments for service and never recieved a call back. This was not the case during this visit. I went to covert Ford on Friday to look at trading in my car. They gave me a better deal than what you guys gave me but the service plan I have with you was one of the factors in me walking away from the deal. Megan has given me hope that service is improving. I still have to bring my car back for a mechanical repair but I was told it will take two days to get the car diagnosed and no rental cars were available. I will have to wait a week or so to arrange transportation so I can return for this repair. Hope I will continue to be treated as Megan did last week. More
