I had an issue with the AC compressor in my 2016 Mustang GT, and it was only blowing warm air. Having recently moved to Texas, AC is a necessity! I also had a troublesome "Check Engine" light on. I calle GT, and it was only blowing warm air. Having recently moved to Texas, AC is a necessity! I also had a troublesome "Check Engine" light on. I called and set up an early appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Otay checked it over and got the parts in quick and I had the car back by Friday! They had found that the compressor was indeed bad and a purge valve was stuck. The AC is working great and the car feels like it's shifting smoother in low gears (it's a manual). I'm pleased with the speed and results of the service! More

If you want horrible customer service, go to this dealership. If you want them to keep your car for 2 weeks with no effort at communication, go here. If you want hail damage that won't be compensated for while your car sits in their lot while it should be at your home protected under your carport, go here. We lost one of our car key fobs and figured we'd get it replaced from the dealership to ensure the remote start and keyless entry continued to work. After two weeks, more than 6 phone calls, two trips to the dealership, and an email to the Service/Parts Director, we still do not have a replacement key. We tried to stay positive and give them a chance to get this right. They simply don't get it. The first thing you do when a customer complains about inadequate service is reassign the case to someone else, or handle it personally. Instead, we had to deal with the same incompetent person who continued to make a mess of things. We are going elsewhere for any non-warranty service and will go to another dealer for any warranty-related service. Our next car will not be a Ford. More
After a horrible experience at Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, I took my 2017 Navigator into LJF. Ken Diamond the service manager was excellent and took great care of me. MHF gave my vehicle back Georgetown, I took my 2017 Navigator into LJF. Ken Diamond the service manager was excellent and took great care of me. MHF gave my vehicle back after 6 weeks of repair. Not only was it not running right, but there was engine coolant still leaking from the vehicle. Upon a quick inspection Ken determined that MHF did not fix what was supposed to be fixed, charged for repairs not done, and did not professional repair what they did charge for. It was quite a mess. Ken worked with Travelers to get a supplement done, fixed all of MHF errors, and communicated great with me throughout the process. At the end of the day, my vehicle ran great, looked good, and I now have the confidence I deserve in my vehicle, all thanks to Ken's professionalism and skill. I would not have had these issues if I had simply driven a few extra miles to LFJ where they truly are a great dealership that cares. Chris More
