Took it in for “shudder” during acceleration in AWD. Rattle in sunroof. Promised out in 6 days. Had to get it before finished. Was told they’d “cut and capped some vacuum line to fix shudder. Didn’t understand logic of cutting something that was originally equipment. IT DIDNT FIX IT. sunroof was apparently a recall. They said they’d let me know when parts are in. Been 3 weeks. This service dept is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. (I LOVE THE DESLERSHIP) More
