Kept my truck for a week, didn't resolve the issues, took 4 days for them to start work. Absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. This has happened before so prior to my appointment, I ca 4 days for them to start work. Absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. This has happened before so prior to my appointment, I called and emailed the service department to ensure that things wouldn't slip through the cracks. I had 3 recalls and 2 service issues to address. Brought the truck in on a Wednesday, had a chat with my service rep and was under the impression they were working on it. Called on the following Monday to pick up my truck and they had not worked on it at all. Escalated the issue and they did some of the work and I got the truck back on Tuesday, 6 days after I had dropped it off. Even after all that time, one of the service issues never got addressed. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. More

Megan is always so nice and very helpful. She remembers me when I come in for service and that always leaves a good impression. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like when we come in for serv me when I come in for service and that always leaves a good impression. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like when we come in for service sales people or mechanics are trying to sell to us unnecessarily. We've been told 2x that our battery needs to be replaced and it's less than a year old, we also purchased it from you. We were also just told our brakes are going bad.. those were also replaced less than 6 months ago..I was also charged an extra $9 for something that wasn't explained to me when I came in for my oil change on Thursday, I don't even know what it was for. More
