I was lied to. I was treated like an idiot when I knew exactly what was wrong with the truck. I was promised that my parts and labor was being covered under my warr I was treated like an idiot when I knew exactly what was wrong with the truck. I was promised that my parts and labor was being covered under my warranty. It was not. Their price was $400 higher than the diesel tech that diagnosed my truck for the same problem two days before but I went with Leif Johnson because of the warranty promise. A promise they did not honor. Their manager, Jason Norman was highly condescending on the phone after HE was the one that lied to me in the first place about the warranty issue. These people are the typical, backwoods, xxxxxxx car dealership lot. I would avoid this dealership and their service department like the plague. Oh, and they charge you extra for using a credit card to pay for your repairs. This is a corporate operation in 2024. Does Amazon charge you extra for using a credit card? This place is a joke. Swindlers straight out of the 1970’s. Do not bring your business to this establishment unless you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and ripped off. More

When the job was completed, they seamlessly swapped out the loaner for my repaired vehicle without any inconvenience on my end. Just Purchased a Ford 2023 Explorer from Left Johnson Ford in Dec of 2023. Set up appointment to get a rent a car 2 weeks prior to bringing it in. Took off work to bring the car in and get rent a car (already set up), upon entering the Leif Johnson Ford at 501 E Koenig Ln Austin, TX 78751, they acted like they had no clue to who I was and for what I was there for. Asked to speak to the salesperson (Rudy), who set up the appointment 2 weeks prior, and he looked at me like he did not know me. I told him the reason I was there and all he said is’ I am in sales; I don’t know anything about warranty’s etc. etc. he acted as if he had no reckalition Upon asking about the warranty: They told me that this was not covered under the warranty I purchased, which was a bunch of xx because the guy (and I went to talk to him) told me straight to my face when signing the warranty said it covered dings and scratches. Upon entering his office, he said it DID not Cover it. My husband and I heard him say that it did cover it, so I was so upset that once I purchased the vehicle, they seem to not give me the time of day. Looks like they are out for sales and #’S. not Customers after the purchase. I have always been a ford customer and had never had this happen. I will think long and hard before I purchase anything for this location, or even a ford PERIOD. **To Whom will be purchasing a warranty, please record the purchase so you have something to go back and listen to. Charlie truly is the best- Although I did not know him, I felt he was trustworthy. Charles worked with me over the phone and through text messages. Worst service experience of my life! I bought this truck there 3 yrs ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. Then, when I brought it into to be fixed (under warranty) they took I bought this truck there 3 yrs ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. Then, when I brought it into to be fixed (under warranty) they took twice as long as they estimated and it STILL wasn't repaired correctly! The oil change and inspection I came for did get done, but two other things came up as needing service — replacing an air filter and something else — did NOT get done even though I did the online form say but two other things came up as needing service — replacing an air filter and something else — did NOT get done even though I did the online form saying yes please do these other two things, so that was disappointing. I now have to bring my car in a second time. Also, I had a “service tire mobility kit” light on, so I wanted the kit SERVICED, but the tech ask me “do you want it replaced or just the light turned off?” I answered that I wanted it SERVICED. Then she went into this whole “I’m new here” blah blah blah. So I have no idea if it got serviced! I was not charged for replacement, which makes me think she just had the techs turn the light off, which is definitely NOT what I wanted. I need a FUNCTIONAL tire mobility kit. So no, this was not the best service experience. More
