Bought my leased vehicle there and asked for the price over the phone. When arrived at the dealership, after 1 hr of documentation and paperwork, I got a price that was 750 USD higher, because agent had " over the phone. When arrived at the dealership, after 1 hr of documentation and paperwork, I got a price that was 750 USD higher, because agent had "forgotten" to add 500 USD in dealership fees and 250 USD in "documentation" fees. Then, of course there where +185 USD in state registration taxes and sales taxes which were expected. Terrible communication, it felt like a scam. Won't return. More
