I been dealing with this dealership for 18 years . Took my car in because having trouble with the battery. The car was there for three months they could not get the part. I was in a rental car that cos Took my car in because having trouble with the battery. The car was there for three months they could not get the part. I was in a rental car that cost me 3000 dollars for the time my car was there then they tell me that they lost dealership with Mitsubishi so they can’t get the part and it was aback order part. I took so must pride in recommending people to buy from William Lehman dealership but now I have no trusted in the dealership.When Arnold was there the place was great he was All way up front with me. So now I will have to look for a new dealership to purchase a car after wasting 3,000 dollars on a rental car plus paying for a diagnostic service when I told them was wrong and did get any services. Thank for the years of good service but will mot in the future, More
Wasted time with the dealer. I called before going to ensure my car could be fixed. They said yes and can take up to 2 days to get inspected to identify if it was a covered repai I called before going to ensure my car could be fixed. They said yes and can take up to 2 days to get inspected to identify if it was a covered repair and they said if it was then I could get a loaner. I showed up the same day and not only did they tell me it's going to take longer but that they won't give me a loaner cause it's not covered. They did a diagnostic on my car and found a faulty part that needed repair only to then later tell me they missed additional repairs and need to fix that too. However they advised they no longer fix Mitsubishi cars and I will need to take the car elsewhere. Not only did I waste time with the service dept who failed to tell me they no longer worked on Mitsubishi but I wasted money on a rental car! More

All employees at the Mitsubishi building are RUDE & need customer service training.This is my first time coming to service my Outlander I purchased in March. When I walked in no one greeted me or acknowledg customer service training.This is my first time coming to service my Outlander I purchased in March. When I walked in no one greeted me or acknowledge that I was there they continue having the conversation they were engaged in when I arrived. When I returned to pickup my car it was the same thing. When I walked in I was by the desk to the south & they told me I had to go to the north side desk & when someone started helping me they took me back to the desk to the south where I started. I’m a new customer to this dealer it will be a good idea for the sales department to show customers where service area is, it is so confusing coming in there for the first time and having to deal with your extremely rude staff. I work in customer service dealing with people at the worst time in their lives and if that greeting is not good from the minute they enter our office everything will go in the wrong directions. This is not my first Mitsubishi but first one from this dealer I’m truly sorry I purchased from here going to find out since I’m paying for my services in my monthly payment if I can go to another dealer and if I return I hope to see your staff greeting and acknowledging that a customer just entered the building or you will continue to get reviews like this. More
