Beware of deceptive advertising! Lehighton Kia runs commercials on the television claiming that they can get you financed no matter what. As long as you make $350 a month you qualify, Lehighton Kia runs commercials on the television claiming that they can get you financed no matter what. As long as you make $350 a month you qualify, it doesn't matter if you have bankruptcy, late payments, collections, repossessions, the have credit amnesty! Well folks it's all just to get you in the door, spent three hours of my life there that I'll never get back just to find out that I make 8 times more than $350 a month and guess what, I didn't qualify! Very deceptive business practices, I would beware shopping or financing here. The salesman was very nice and polite, but unhappy that even with that I had to wait 2 hours before even being helped because he was dealing with another customer. At that point I should have been handed off to someone else if he was tired up with another customer! He kept coming out every 15 minutes, saying I'll be with you shortly, I'll be with you shortly. After almost 2 hours I was ready to leave. Then I was finally helped only to get denied in less than 15 minutes. If it was that fast why wasn't I filling out paperwork while I was waiting More

Excellent people and responsiveness. Great dealership. Both my wife and I drive Kias from there. Had an internal engine issue on my Optima (it was one of the small few that were recalle Great dealership. Both my wife and I drive Kias from there. Had an internal engine issue on my Optima (it was one of the small few that were recalled - the recall did not fix it). The diagnosed it, arranged a free rental car and ordered the new engine in the same day. Had it back in less than three weeks - brand new and not a penny out of pocket. Excellent communications as they even called me while I was out of the country to let me know the engine arrived early and what day it would be finished. In and out with a new car in 15 minutes and they even handled returning the loaner car. Going to trade up to a Stinger GT in two years! I'm an engineering manager and don't rate price, I rate value, which is why I did not pick a star level on price. More
