Disappointed and very angry. Car needed repair when going in along for oil change. Oil/inspection done promptly. That was on 8/18. Got a call from Svc dept on 8/27. Did we kno Car needed repair when going in along for oil change. Oil/inspection done promptly. That was on 8/18. Got a call from Svc dept on 8/27. Did we know car was still sitting there and done. I asked about right bumper body repair done too? Had no clue what I was talking about. Will call me back. Hour later I called them. Ok car had not gone out yet to get done at body shop cause of all the rain we had. Bad excuse. They don’t have a bldg? When will car be done? Labor Day? Well guy is coming in 8/30 to pick up. Only have one guy?? We have a loaner but not the point. When we bought the car it had the damage and to fix in their words was no problem. But one can see how it is turning out. They don’t care, no customer service skills, and seems like an annoyance to them. So sorry bought the car, we love it nice car but service horrible. Don’t pick on the elderly like they won’t notice what is going on. We know. May trade in on other car when we get it back. Not gonna put up with this kind of service AGAIN or lack of! More
