I have been taking my car to this dealership for 7 years now, and I would recommend them to anyone for servicing. As a woman it is important to be comfortable asking questions when servicing my car - this service department has never made me feel stupid or awkward, and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy and understand what's been done, or needs to be done with my car. I never have to worry about being cheated or misled. I would recommend them to anyone - in fact when my mother went to buy her new car, I took her to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. More

First of all I asked for a loaner and was told that there were none available. I am still having the same problem that I brought it in for. As soon as I walk in the door I am always greeted by a service adviser and they immediately start preparing the necessary paperwork. Within a minute or two I am sitting in the waiting area enjoying a cup service adviser and they immediately start preparing the necessary paperwork. Within a minute or two I am sitting in the waiting area enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the morning news. The work is done in a timely manner and done well. I have never had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership after work was done and I've been a customer for almost ten years. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and very professional. If any unplanned service is needed or unexpected repairs need to be made it has always been thoroughly explained what needs to be done, why and the cost of the work. The work is done efficiently and expeditiously. I wouldn't keep going there if our vehicles weren't taken care of as well as the Lehigh Valley Hyundai service crew takes care of them. More

Since buying my 2004 Santa Fe, I have not taken it anywhere else for servicing. And for good reason! I am always in and out of there fast, near feel cheated, and have come to know all the service depa anywhere else for servicing. And for good reason!
