My car would not start suddenly late Thursday. I called the Hyundai emergency road service number and got prompt help. I worried as I had to work the weekend and drive @ 25 miles to work, then so happy to the Hyundai emergency road service number and got prompt help. Very empathetic staff allowed some leeway in the pickup of my car as dealership is far away from me. Car clean and shiny and running smoothly upon pickup which was so fast and unproblematic! I stopped into the quick service lane without an appointment. Eric quickly had my paperwork ready and my car in the shop. I needed routine maintenance on my car. Scott Reimer scheduled the work and met me when I dropped off the car. He did a walk around inspection while I was there. I took my 2012 Elantra Touring in for inspection, oil change, and replacement windshield wipers. I dropped it off Monday evening, and I picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Everything was completed in a tim change, and replacement windshield wipers. I dropped it off Monday evening, and I picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Everything was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I've used the Express Oil Change option, as well, and have always been greeted quickly. I have nothing but praise for Lehigh Valley Hyundai and have no problem recommending the dealership. For sure, I'd return again! More
Overall experience not good...3 hours for a oil change and inspection on a 2012 automobile. It was the first inspection on the vehicle and when the service advisor came out to tell me the tires needed to and inspection on a 2012 automobile.
