Ever since I bought my first Hyundai seven years ago, The only service department to touch my cars has been your department. If I had not been completely satisfied, that would not have been the routine. Keep only service department to touch my cars has been your department. Very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions of your vehicle even if not purchased at the dealership. I have also compared them to other Hyundai dealerships and this one was rated the best. They are part of the BBB which is a plus for me and with my experience with them I can see why they are given the rating they are getting. I rated all my answers on the scale as great, except the quality of work done. The reason for this is some of the work done that I can see looks great. Used expressed service for oil change. No appointment was necessary, the hours are very convenient. Went in and out in much less than 30 minutes. The technicians were friendly and helpful. Had my Sonata 2012 in for a repair. Took 6-7 weeks for the repair. Way too long! Had trouble with sensor from airbag deployment. Randy was very courteous and kept me well informed about what was going on. Another employee (whose name I do not recall) spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing the new vehicles while Randy what was going on.
