I was going to this dealership for a while. This time I was very disappointed when I made an appointment. It was for 2 recalls and a new battery. My 12 Volt battery went bad and i had to keep j This time I was very disappointed when I made an appointment. It was for 2 recalls and a new battery. My 12 Volt battery went bad and i had to keep jumping it. I met my husband at the dealership and we were thinking about going to lunch, we went to inquire on the car. When we went to the back, we noticed that our car was sitting outside., an indication that it was ready. So we stood there waiting for one of the guys to acknowledge that we were there, and finally we got help. The one guy told us that they did the recalls but we needed a new battery. NO KIDDING! That's what we went for!!! I asked how much it would cost and they said about $28. So I told him to do it....again. He told me that the guy that was working on it went to lunch. REALLY?!! We were sitting in the waiting area. When was he going to tell us that the car was done? Now we had to wait for him to come back and then put it in. This wasn't the first time they left me sitting after my car was done. I'm really not happy with the fact that they think I have no life that I have to wait longer. Do they keep me on their clock and say it took a while to install it and charge me all that time? Because when I went to get it, my bill was like $320. I'm beginning to think they are ripping me off. I'm really considering finding another place to go. More
