The service and staff were great. I didn’t like the 2 hour wait for what I considered minor recall stuff. But, I read the Hyundai recommendations and do much of my own service locally where I have an appointment that literally is in and out in under an hour. More
David was very courteous, informative, and helpful. I really like my Hyundai Kona. There are a few things that I experienced with another ford dealership where they took care of all the maintenance o I really like my Hyundai Kona. Had my vehicle serviced there on Monday (so can only comment on the service department). Have to say - this was by far the *fastest* service I’ve ever experienced there! I know many places are short-s comment on the service department). Have to say - this was by far the *fastest* service I’ve ever experienced there! I know many places are short-staffed, so I was prepared for a longer wait … was VERY pleased and excited when I was done in under an hour! Also (not sure I should be mentioning this, but it completely made my day) I was comped a recommended service b/c they had started it without *my* approval (miscommunication and someone else approved it, I think?). Regardless - I didn’t even know anything had happened! The service advisor came over and told me about the (minor) error as well as the correction. It’s not often these days that businesses take full responsibility AND do the right thing (without being asked to) … so that was a pleasant surprise! Two thumbs way up - thank you! More
