The sales staff was extremely friendly and flexible. And also because it was 2 women buying a car and i was alittle leery going at it without a man. Aubrey was a great help there. We had already done our research, shopped around, and were ready to go. We knew our price range and Aubrey and Steve worked to keep us there. The paper work the next morning was complete when we arrived and the car was ready 15 minutes before the promised time and we were off to a wedding on time. thanks for making buying a car a not so painful experience --- even my husband joined us for the easiest part (drinking coffee and driving off the lot with my very happy daughter). We feel very comfortable with her in the car. It is safe and just right for her. I was shopping for a new car, my first in 52 years of my life, single Mom and raising grandkids never afforded me this luxury. I had gone to Brown Daub Kia and the customer service there was so bad it was scarry. Mahmood made this the greatest experience even and Ray the finace guy was OUTSTANDING.
