First of all I asked for a loaner and was told that there were none available. I am still having the same problem that I brought it in for. As soon as I walk in the door I am always greeted by a service adviser and they immediately start preparing the necessary paperwork. I have never had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership after work was done and I've been a customer for almost ten years. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and very professional. If any unplanned service is needed or unexpected repairs need to be made it has always been thoroughly explained what needs to be done, why and the cost of the work. The work is done efficiently and expeditiously. I wouldn't keep going there if our vehicles weren't taken care of as well as the Lehigh Valley Hyundai service crew takes care of them. More

Since buying my 2004 Santa Fe, I have not taken it anywhere else for servicing. And for good reason! While researching dealers prior to purchasing my 2010 Tucson, I had done my research through dealerrater to read opinions left by other consumers. As I live at the Jersey shore, I could have gone to a number of dealerships in New Jersey, however, none of them came even close in ratings to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. My drive to their dealership was more than well worth the trip. TJ was great when I went for my initial test drive. He went through all of the features of the vehicle and was very patient in answering any questions that I had on the test drive. When it came time to making an offer he was fair and listened to any concerns that I had. I picked up my car later in the week and he had everything ready for me when I arrived. The car looked beautiful and he was very thorough again in going through the paperwork and showing me around the service department. His contact with me did not end when I drove off the lot. He has followed up via email and phone to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions. Travis was great to deal with as well. He was extremely friendly and went well above and beyond when I had concerns with the timing of when I could pick up the vehicle. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was extremely professional. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Hyundai.
