I was talked into services I did not need, like replacing the cabin air filter at 6000 miles. They don’t need replaced until 15,000 miles. Also I wanted my wiper blades fixed because the rubber was deterio the cabin air filter at 6000 miles. They don’t need replaced until 15,000 miles. Also I wanted my wiper blades fixed because the rubber was deteriorating. The right front blade is still stringy. Jordon was very pleasant but did not truly understand what was needed. I almost believe the service people are encouraged to recommend that aren’t needed in order to increase their profits. I think because he saw an old lady asking for an oil change he was going to get as much out of her as possible. Another service he presented was replacing my brake fluid. This isn’t a necessary service at 6000 miles. Maybe at 30000 or 40000 miles but not 6000 miles. I feel like I was bamboozled by this young service rep. I went in for an oil change and rubber replacement on wipers. It cost 225.00 with a 40 percent discount. I feel I was robbed. More
